Implant work goes through the same benches as our cosmetic cases. Every member of our team was personally trained by Mark Willes, so an implant crown in the esthetic zone gets the same attention to shade and contour as the veneers next to it. For material options, see crown and bridge materials.

Reviewed at three points

Implant cases have more parts that have to agree with each other than a crown on a natural tooth. Our implant specialist reviews every implant case three times:

On arrival, to confirm we have what we need before work begins
Throughout production, as the abutment and restoration come together
Before it ships, as a final check before the case leaves the lab

If anything about a case threatens your seat date, your office hears from us right away.

What to put on the RX

Our 2026 prescription form has an Implant Details section. Fill it in completely and the case can move without a phone call:

Also mark the shade of the restoration, the stump shade, and what is included in the box: impressions or scan, models, bite registration, and photos. Email photos to [email protected] rather than putting them in the box. If you want an opinion before you restore, send models and photos for a case evaluation and Mark will weigh in on material choice and esthetics.

Scheduling and shipping

Standard cases run 7 to 10 business days and cosmetic cases take about two weeks. Write the appointment date on the RX, and for large cases call ahead to pre-schedule with the ship date, teeth numbers, restoration type, and the return date you need.
