Who we are

Mark Willes started his training in Utah Valley at Utah Valley Dental Lab in 1996 and soon became a partner there. He went on to teach live-patient, over-the-shoulder aesthetic courses around the country and has participated in the cementation of thousands of restorations. Experience Dental Studio is his lab in Lindon, and every technician on the team was personally trained by Mark. Read more on our About page.

We are open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain. Utah doctors are welcome to stop by any time. We are happy to show you the bench where your cases will be made, and you can talk through materials for an upcoming case with Mark in person.

How cases get here

Most of our work arrives by FedEx, and that includes offices here in Utah. Experience Dental Studio pays for FedEx shipping in both directions. Every cosmetic case includes a prepaid FedEx 2-Day airbill, and the shipping we pay is applied to the total case cost. Offices that run on UPS can bill our account instead. Completed cases arrive at your office 1 to 2 business days after the work is finished.

You can send a digital scan or a traditional impression. Scanned posterior cases cost less.

Turnaround

Standard cases run 7 to 10 business days. Cosmetic cases take about two weeks, so schedule the patient roughly three weeks from the day you ship. Offices that frequently send standard single units or 3-unit bridges can request a calendar of printed return dates. Rush cases are pre-scheduled by phone and carry a rush fee, quoted per case.

Where is Experience Dental Studio located?

Yes. Stop by any time during business hours and we will show you the bench where your cases are made.

How do Utah offices send cases?
